Nelson Nkari is a multi-disciplinary professional with a background in law and computer science. With over 5 years of experience in both legal practice and software engineering, Nelson has a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the intersection of law and technology as well as emerging technologies in the field of Law, such as Artificial Intelligence.

He is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between law and technology, effectively translating complex legal concepts into practical solutions. He is passionate about promoting the use of technology to drive legal innovation and improve access to justice.

As a Law and Technology Consultant, Nelson has advised numerous private companies, government institutions and agencies, and inter-governmental organizations on leveraging technology to enhance legal processes and optimize efficiency.

Ruth Kavithe

Ruth is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with a passion for technology law. She holds a Bachelors Degree in law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Her areas of practice are Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Data Protection Law and Consumer Protection Law.

She advices individual and corporate clients on matters relating to data handling, intellectual property matters, authorised cyber activities, consumer protection and so much more. She represents clients in e-commerce transactions. She provides her legal services to clients for the registration, licensing and maintenance of their intellectual property.

Her practice is categorised by ethics, the rule of law, excellence, adequate representation, fairness, and integrity.
